	Regular inspection visits

	Preparing the house : the house is ready when you arrive, it is fresh and tidy (heated in the winter) and clean. The bedrooms are ready and the beds are made with fresh linnen.
	Delivery or shopping
	Assistance : Temporary urgencies. We can deplace to a designated site when there is a warning from the French weather service concerning a level 3 alert. We are there to follow your demands even in a state of urgence.
	Assistance with seasonal work: We can help with the reception of tenants, the handing-over of keys, the inventory of fixtures of an entry and exit as well as any repairing that is needed at the end of a stay.
	Administrative assistance: We can help you find your way working with the various services of the state and local authorities.

These services are annualized in the form of an Annual Contract of Intendance and Maintenance (the CAIM).

Most of our services permit the right to be tax deductable.
(50% of the total cost of the services that are billed with a maximum of 12 000 € by year).
